Contract:

Permanent, Full Time We’re looking for an experienced Senior People Advisor to join a supportive HR team within a complex, multi-site organisation. This is a varied generalist role, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice to managers across the business, with a strong focus on Employee Relations, performance management and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities Advise and coach managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and other ER matters. Support investigations and attend employee meetings where required. Provide guidance on employment law, HR policies and contractual matters. Support restructures, redundancy consultations and TUPE activity. Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and advise on reasonable adjustments. Support recruitment, onboarding, HR projects and training. Produce HR reports and support the ongoing development of HR systems.

About You Experienced HR Generalist / People Advisor with strong ER experience. Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Confident coaching and advising managers at all levels.

Experience with in a multi-site or complex commercial organisation. CIPD Level 5, or working towards, desirable. Strong Excel and HR systems skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Able to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
