Do you want to work in a role at a business growing at a rapid rate, who are the go-to for a variety of tier 1 contractors, supplying concrete for a variety of high-stakes projects including date centers and power stations as well as large-scale construction projects? In this role you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the company's technical department, including but not limited to design manager, design engineers, draughts people and specialist technical employees. You will be responsible for planning projects, allocating workloads, and overseeing all technical processes throughout the project lifecycle.

This role would suit a Project Manager, Technical Manager, or similar, from a concrete, civil, or structural background, looking for a high stake and leadership role at a highly successful concrete manufacturer, with great benefits and the chance to manage a technical department.
