The Band 5 Staff Nurse position on the Copeland Unit at West Cumberland Hospital is hosted by North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. The role involves supporting 16 patients through complex discharge planning, holistic and end-of-life care, with shifts of 12 hours that include nights and weekends.
You will work across the community hospital network in Whitehaven, using MDT approaches to provide high-quality care and support patients and families in decision-making.
