About the Role

As a Deli Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of delivering great service and great food to our customers. You’ll prepare and serve a variety of freshly made products, from ready-to-go items to made-to-order options. Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll help create a welcoming environment while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

• Providing friendly, helpful service and sharing product knowledge with customers
• Preparing, baking, and presenting our range of deli products
• Ensuring shelves and counters are fully stocked and attractively displayed
• Following food safety standards including allergen awareness, labelling, and audits
• Keeping equipment and work areas clean, safe, and sanitised at all times
