Whether your background is in B2B sales, B2C sales, telesales, retail sales, estate agency, field sales or account management , if you have at least 1 year's sales experience and the drive to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships with businesses and candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish and developing your own client base. Your responsibilities will include:
Winning new business through outbound sales activity Building long-term relationships with clients Interviewing and qualifying candidates Advertising vacancies and sourcing talent Managing the recruitment process through to placement Negotiating offers and closing deals What we're looking for Minimum 1 year's sales experience (B2B or B2C) Excellent communication skills Confident, motivated and target-driven Strong relationship-building skills Resilient with a positive attitude Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential If you're looking for a career where your effort directly impacts your earnings, with genuine progression opportunities and a supportive team around you, we'd love to hear from you.
