You'll be helping customers plan and book everything from tailor-made holidays to corporate travel, getting to know what makes their perfect trip and making it happen.

What you’ll be doing Getting to know customers and helping them plan their perfect trips. Creating bespoke travel itineraries for leisure and business clients. Booking flights, hotels and other travel arrangements using the company's booking systems. Building relationships with new customers and loyal returning clients. Keeping up to date with new destinations, hotels and travel trends. Providing brilliant customer service from the first conversation onwards.

What we’re looking for A genuine passion for travel and great geographical knowledge. Someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships. A natural sales instinct and the motivation to earn commission. Confidence, enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude. Great attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Someone who's self-motivated and happy working towards long-term goals. The flexibility to work shifts across weekdays and weekends.
