Senior Showroom Sales Manager

A leading, Chelsea based luxury furnishing fabrics and wallcovering company is seeking a Senior Showroom Sales Manager to manage relationships with a portfolio of key client accounts. The business supply luxury fabrics, wall coverings and trimmings to the top-end interior design industry as well premium furniture manufacturers and other specialist interiors businesses. The Senior Showroom Sales Manager would look after a portfolio of key clients based in London.

This role combines both internal showroom sales with external sales involving meeting and presenting to design professionals in London. You will be conducting approximately 6 – 8 external meetings a week in addition to showroom meetings and will be based from the stunning showroom when not attending external meetings. You will be working on some exciting design projects with your clients.

We are therefore looking for someone with a creative eye and an understanding of colour and texture to put inspiring schemes together to inspire clients. The company is well established and has been in business for over 50 years. In total there are approximately 30 employees. We are looking for someone with strong fabric / textile sales experience who has previously sold to interior design professionals.

A competitive basic of £50,000 - £55,000 is on offer based on experience plus 1% commission on the sales within your client portfolio expected to bring an additional £10,000 on top of basic uncapped. Driving licence is preferred but not strictly essential. A company pool car is provided for those with a driving licence.
