About this opportunity

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll help provide a safe, nurturing and supportive home for children and young people who have experienced challenges such as trauma, attachment difficulties and social exclusion. You'll build trusted relationships, offer emotional and practical support, and help young people develop the skills, confidence and resilience they need to thrive.

Working as part of a dedicated residential team, you'll support young people in their day-to-day lives, promote their wellbeing, ensure their voices are heard, and create positive experiences that help them achieve their goals and prepare for the future.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is compassionate, resilient and committed to making a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people. Please note that the role includes shift work, weekends and sleep-in duties as part of a rota.

This role is available on a permanent basis.
