Labourer​/Driver at KBL

KBL is seeking a Labourer/Driver to join our Waste Services department. Under the supervision of the Lead Hand, your responsibilities will include preparing waste safely while adhering to TDG regulations. You will also operate various equipment and engage with customers, ensuring our services reflect our commitment to quality and respect for the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage waste according to TDG regulations

• Operate equipment including forklifts and skid steers

• Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and drop-offs

• Conduct inspections and maintain equipment safely

• Complete necessary documentation and inventory reports

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver's license;
Class 3 is a strong asset

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

• Commitment to safety in all tasks

• Previous labour or driving experience in the North

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Deliver reliable service and operate equipment safely to contribute to cleaner communities in Yukon.
