Our team takes pride in tackling tough jobs that make a real difference. We are currently seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our project team. This is a great opportunity to be part of meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct precise site surveys to support excavation, grading, and material placement.
- Establish and maintain survey control for the project site.
- Perform layout for excavation boundaries, contamination removal areas, and final grades.
- Provide daily survey data to support operations and project tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of as-built conditions and progress.
- Collaborate with project managers, equipment operators, and environmental specialists to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Operate survey equipment and related software.
- Support quality control by verifying excavation depths and material placement.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a surveyor on earthworks or civil construction projects.
- Proficiency with survey equipment (GNSS/GPS, Total Station, data collectors) and software (Trimble, Leica, or similar).
- Solid understanding of earthworks processes and site safety requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings and plans.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license; ability to work in remote site conditions.
- Safety tickets (e.g., First Aid, CSTS, WHMIS) an asset.

Contract Length: 3-6 months
Additional Requirements- 3 years of Civil Construction Survey experience (required)
- Class 5 Licence (required)
