As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for entering reservations into the ticketing system while also managing direct customer inquiries.
Your role will include handling cash and credit transactions, assisting with train and bus departures, and contributing to office projects to improve operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process reservations accurately using the ticketing platform
• Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries efficiently
• Execute cash and credit card processing tasks
• Support daily train and bus departure activities
• Collaborate effectively with team members
Requirements:
• Required previous customer service experience
• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Word proficiency
• Strong communication skills for effective public interaction
• Positive, proactive attitude and teamwork skills
