Position: Whitehorse Support Technician for HELP Program
Become a vital part of the Canadian Red Cross as a Support Technician in Whitehorse, Yukon. This temporary full-time position involves equipment management and exceptional client interactions in the HELP program.

As a Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of health equipment. Your responsibilities include performing inspections, troubleshooting issues, and engaging with clients and volunteers. The ideal candidate has experience in administrative tasks connected to operational activities and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and repair health equipment per established standards

• Screen equipment donations for compliance and safety

• Document maintenance records and equipment issues

• Support operational tasks like follow-up calls and facility inspections

• Provide support to volunteers in equipment handling

Requirements:

• 1–2 years relevant experience and diploma or certification

• Basic equipment repair skills

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

• Excellent client service and organizational abilities

• Clean driver's abstract and valid license required
