Position: Event Worker for KDFN Events
Support Kwanlin Dün First Nation (KDFN) events as an Event Worker. Engage in event preparation, greeting guests, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

As an Event Worker, you will report to the Event Coordinator and provide essential labour and assistance during KDFN events. This role includes setup, monitoring event spaces, and post-event cleanup, ensuring an organized experience for citizens and guests.

Your role includes demonstrating professionalism and positive role modeling for younger workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and takedown activities

• Provide support for booth operation and staff

• Monitor event spaces for safety and accessibility

• Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling

• Offer courteous assistance to guests and participants

Requirements:

• Experience with community events is an asset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment

• Positive attitude with strong communication skills

• Valid Yukon Class 5 Driver’s License is an asset
