As the Implementation Advisor, you will support KDFN's governance and treaty frameworks, reporting directly to the Director of Governance. This position focuses on providing insightful research, analysis, and strategic guidance to promote KDFN's interests. Your ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively will be critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on Final and Self-Government Agreement implementation

• Develop analytical reports and strategic recommendations

• Manage negotiations with governmental and organizational partners

• Support the strategic direction of KDFN governance

• Conduct necessary research on related legal frameworks

Requirements:

• Degree in First Nation Governance or public policy

• Proven experience in intergovernmental relations

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Proficient in executive-level communication

• Understanding of Yukon First Nations' history
