Casual Physiotherapist General

As a Physiotherapist within Medical Rehabilitation Services, you will plan, organize, and provide physiotherapy services to clients at Yukon Hospital Corporation facilities. This on-site position requires a Master's or Baccalaureate degree in Physiotherapy and registration eligibility with Yukon Community Services. You will also mentor support staff, supervise physiotherapy students, and contribute to departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client physical status and functional abilities

• Develop and implement personalized intervention strategies

• Train and supervise support personnel and students

• Communicate effectively with clients and health care teams

• Participate in quality assurance and program development initiatives

Requirements:

• Master's/Baccalaureate degree in Physiotherapy

• Registration eligibility with Yukon Community Services

• Clinical experience preferred in a general setting

• Current C.P.R Level “C” certification

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
