Position: Yukon Government Systems Architect Role

As a member of the Information & Communication Technology team, you will leverage your extensive expertise in designing and planning integrated systems. Your work will focus on enhancing the government’s network infrastructure and meeting evolving business needs through innovation. Strong communication and project management skills are crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design enterprise storage and virtualization networking solutions

• Lead strategic discussions with various stakeholders

• Develop comprehensive technology infrastructure plans

• Enhance business continuity and disaster recovery efforts

• Travel as needed to fulfill duties across the Yukon

Requirements:

• Significant experience with SAN and object storage

• Knowledge of VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V

• Understanding of networking related to storage

• Relevant certifications preferred, e.g., VCP, MCSE

• Strong capacity planning abilities
