As an IT Technician reporting to the IMT Manager, you will be crucial in supporting daily operations of technology services. A Computer Science or IT background is essential, as you will deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems efficiently. Your emphasis on respectful and collaborative service will enhance community engagement through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support technology infrastructure and services

• Configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software

• Assist users with technical issues professionally

• Document processes and track work accurately

• Educate staff on new systems and tools

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Computer Science or IT

• Demonstrated experience in Windows environments

• Relevant certifications, like CompTIA A+ or Network+

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and documentation

• Acceptable Criminal Records Check and valid Driver’s license
