Key Responsibilities:

• Execute heavy cleaning, including waxing and stripping floors

• Remove trash and dispose of it following established protocols

• Clean walls, windows, and other surfaces regularly

• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently

• Follow directions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks

Requirements:

• 1 year of housekeeping or custodial experience

• 2 years of specific floor maintenance experience

• Must hold a valid Driver’s License

• Strong command of English for communication

• Capability to adhere to both verbal and written instructions
