Position: Whitehorse Facilities Maintenance Superintendent Role
ATCO Frontec Ltd. is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Site Superintendent in Whitehorse, YT. Oversee the maintenance operations and service management at the Whitehorse Cadet Camp.

In this critical position, you are responsible for managing all facets of maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and supervision.

Your role encompasses overseeing both hard and soft services, ensuring collaboration with on-call staff, and directing maintenance initiatives. Strong client relations and risk management skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hard services like HVACR and plumbing maintenance

• Coordinate staff supervision and work scheduling

• Develop schedules for preventive maintenance programs

• Track inspections using Computerized Maintenance Management System

• Promote Occupational Health and Safety practices

Requirements:

• Certificate in skilled trades such as plumbing or electrical

• Experience with project management and small construction

• Strong skills in client management and communication

• Proficient in Office 365 and analytical tasks

• Required Security Clearance to Secret Level
