Clinical Leadership Registered Nurse Supervisor

Lead compassionate care as a Registered Nurse Supervisor with the Care and Community branch. This full-time role promotes person-centered nursing while mentoring staff in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff effectively

• Champion person-centered care in clinical settings

• Oversee assessment, care planning, and implementation

• Guide performance management and evaluation processes

• Support staff in delivering culturally aware services

Requirements:

• Current Yukon Registered Nurses Association registration

• Relevant recent clinical nursing experience

• Experience in leadership or team coordination

• Strong clinical and assessment skills

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with no restrictions
