Nurse Practitioner Clinical Lead

Step into a transformative role as Nurse Practitioner Clinical Lead in Whitehorse, Yukon, managing a diverse range of health care needs. Lead multidisciplinary teams while providing family-centered care and mentorship to new NPs.

This full-time, term position involves 75 hours bi-weekly in various IHS clinics. You'll leverage advanced practice skills to deliver care across multiple settings, including the Centre de Santé Constellation Health Centre and Yukon Midwifery Program. As a senior member of the leadership team, you will drive quality care and manage clinical risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership across integrated health clinics

• Collaborate with medical and allied health staff

• Manage a part-time patient roster

• Mentor new Nurse Practitioners

• Drive evidence-based clinical practices

Requirements:

• Registered or eligible as a Nurse Practitioner in Yukon

• Significant primary healthcare experience

• Recent leadership in clinical settings

• Demonstrated rural healthcare exposure
