OR Nurse Opportunity General

This full-time position is classified at the L09 level, with a competitive hourly pay rate of $49.73 - $66.42. You will be instrumental in delivering nursing care during surgeries, employing a strong foundation in nursing practices and patient advocacy. Essential skills include effective communication and the development of care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgeries and patient monitoring

• Implement medical and therapeutic programs

• Organize and direct nursing practice standards

• Educate peers on clinical practices and techniques

• Participate in on-call duties during evenings and weekends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing

• At least one year of related nursing experience

• Registered or eligible with Yukon Registered Nurses Association

• Current CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred

• Certified Peri-operative program completion
