  Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience:
  
  3 to less than 5 years in a similar role

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and other sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, as well as icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Bake mixed dough and batters.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• Operate machinery.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Maintain security and safety, including compliance with airport security clearance.
• Handle transportation and travel information, obtain and maintain own transportation and a valid driver's licence.
