As part of the Victim Services Operations, you will engage directly with individuals needing assistance following a crime. Your responsibilities will include initial client intake, crisis response, and file management, all while working within a culturally aware framework. Experience in advocacy and collaboration with service providers is crucial to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for victims seeking assistance
• Conduct initial assessments and identify client needs
• Maintain accurate client records and administrative files
• Collaborate with local service agencies for comprehensive support
• Aid Victim Services Workers with updates related to court processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience working with diverse communities
