Position: Full-Time Residence Support Worker

In your role at Whitehorse Residential Support, you will engage with clients to promote independence and wellness. Collaborate with clinical teams while utilizing a harm reduction approach to address the unique needs of each resident. Key Responsibilities:

• Document and implement individualized support plans

• Provide life skills assistance and behavioral management

• Identify risks and ensure the safety of residents

• Transport clients to medical and community events

• Conduct regular safety inspections of the residence

Requirements:

• Social Services Diploma with one-year relevant experience preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Insured personal transportation suitable for client transport

• Emergency First Aid Certificate required

• Obtain Vulnerable Persons Criminal Records Check
