We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Class 1 or 3 Driver to join our team!

Reporting to the Terminal Manager, the Class 1 or 3 Driver provides daily pick-up and delivery service to/from our Whitehorse facility. This role requires physical labour, including using a manual pallet jack.

Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Home daily

Whitehorse, YT

• Pre-trips equipment daily and reports per company requirements
• Communicates with dispatch to ensure efficient route planning
• Communicates with clients on site to ensure delivery services meets or exceeds expectations
• Delivers loads daily in an efficient and safe manner
• Conducts daily vehicle inspections and reports any problems
• Reports road incidents to the Dispatcher
• Maintains a positive attitude with customers/clients

• Professional attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers
• Experience operating and maintaining a commercial vehicle to DOT safety regulations
• Current Class 1 or 3 Driver’s license with clean COMMERCIAL driver’s abstract
• Basic geographical knowledge of Whitehorse and the surrounding communities throughout the Yukon
• Experience driving a manual transmission required
• Ability to lift freight up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work full time Monday to Friday
• Experience or certification to operate a forklift an asset
• Will be driving Tractor or 5 ton truck when needed

• Hiring wage depends on license and experience.
