Position: ACCIONA Traffic Supervisor Role
Join ACCIONA's mission as a Traffic Supervisor in Ontario. Ensure compliance with traffic laws while optimizing operations on significant construction projects.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the safety and efficiency of traffic flow. The Traffic Supervisor will implement traffic control plans, oversee personnel and procedures, and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain public safety around active sites. With a comprehensive understanding of the Ontario Traffic Manual and OH&S regulations, you will ensure all traffic measures comply with project agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all traffic operations at construction sites

• Develop traffic control plans in accordance with regulations

• Coordinate with external transit and municipal agencies

• Document traffic measures and activities daily

• Lead scheduled traffic management meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• 3-5 years of on-site traffic management experience

• Familiarity with Rapid Plan, Synchro, and AutoCAD is a plus

• Excellent planning and time management skills

• Ability to communicate effectively
