This position reports to the Operations Manager and requires 2-5 years of experience in transportation dispatching and personnel management. Key duties include monitoring communication to drivers, maintaining schedules, and cross-training for dispatch office coverage. Additionally, you'll assist drivers with necessary information and ensure smooth operations throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and dispatch third party fuel trucks efficiently

• Process and transmit information using dispatch technology

• Update schedules and communicate changes clearly

• Monitor driver hours of service for compliance

• Train drivers on dispatching and safety protocols

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in logistics and transportation dispatch

• Proven experience managing and delegating to teams

• Proficient in electronic communications and software

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
