We are looking for a Client Case Manager to own the preparation, accuracy, and readiness of client advice following adviser meetings, ensuring all required information, analysis, and documentation is complete to enable efficient progression through the advice process.

Responsibilities
  • Attend client meetings alongside Advisers where required, or review detailed meeting notes, to accurately interpret client objectives, financial position, and advice requirements, ensuring all necessary information is captured and validated.
  • Act as the first line of quality control within the advice process, identifying and resolving any information gaps, inconsistencies, or risks before cases progress further.
  • Prepare and create high‑quality suitability reports for new business, fund switches, and all client advice outcomes, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Create and maintain accurate and complete client records across systems (including iBusiness, Salesforce, the Confidential Financial Review, illustrations and ), ensuring consistency between advice and client data.
  • Produce illustrations, run calculations, and gather technical information required to support robust and suitable advice recommendations.
  • Prepare and submit pre‑sale and triage cases, ensuring all documentation and supporting information is complete, accurate, and clearly presented to enable efficient approval.
  • Own and manage case progression, working collaboratively with Advisers, Client Executives, Paraplanners, and external providers to resolve queries, maintain momentum, and meet agreed timelines.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the financial advice process, with previous paraplanning or technical experience preferred.
  • Experience in writing suitability reports and supporting regulated advice.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Advisers, clients, and third parties.
  • Confidence in using systems such as Salesforce, iBusiness, and financial planning tools.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to balance client experience with operational efficiency.
