Customer Support Administrator
We’re looking for a confident, organised Customer Support Administrator to keep our customers supported and everything running smoothly.
What you’ll do- Respond to customer enquiries quickly and helpfully via phone and email.
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date.
- Process orders, requests and day‑to‑day admin tasks with precision.
- Resolve issues where possible and escalate anything complex.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to maintain smooth service.
- Clear, friendly communication and a calm, helpful approach.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence using systems and updating information accurately.
- A customer‑first mindset and eagerness to learn
