Location:

Whiteley, Hampshire (Hybrid)

Working Pattern: 2-3 days per week in the office

Hours:

37.5 hours per week (8:30am - 5:00pm)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our EMEA Customer Service team.

In this role, you will support customers across the EMEA region, responding to enquiries by phone, email and through our customer support platform. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to resolve issues, manage customer cases and deliver a positive customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and wants to build a career in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and through our customer support platform.
• Manage customer cases and follow them through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and case notes.
• Work closely with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service across EMEA markets.
• Support the team during busy trading and peak periods.
• Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A customer-focused approach and willingness to help others.
• Resilience and the ability to remain calm when handling challenging situations.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, contact centres, support roles, or working with ticket management systems would be an advantage, but is not essential.
