Integration Test Engineer

Clearance Required:

This role will require attainment and maintenance of SC clearance. We are looking for an Integration Test Engineer to join our team to help us deliver a large‑scale systems integration programme. As part of a multi‑discipline team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of test documentation and execution, interfacing with an international team and customer stakeholders, and communicating across the team from technical personnel to programme leadership.

• Generate test cases by reviewing requirements and design documentation, liaising with SMEs.
• Document test results and defects, report progress.
• Investigate issues and work with suppliers to identify root cause and resolve.
• Analyze data and test evidence from suppliers to demonstrate compliance with requirements.
• Identify improvements in existing and new processes.
• Support the Automation team to develop a regression test pack.
• Execute tests across a variety of software products, their interfaces, and network & infrastructure configurations.

• ISTQB/ISEB Foundation Certificate in software testing.
• Good understanding of the testing lifecycle and types of testing such as functional, non‑functional and integration testing.
• Demonstrable systems integration experience, including integration of third‑party systems or components.
• Proactive troubleshooting attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience creating test cases based on requirements and design documents.
