Onboarding Coordinator | Join an Ambitious Team Driving Operational Excellence

This is a pivotal position within the Group Support team, responsible for managing the onboarding and ongoing compliance of contractors operating within highly regulated industries.

You'll oversee the full contractor lifecycle, from initial onboarding through to contract extensions, compliance renewals and client-specific changes. Workloads can vary significantly, with some contractors onboarding months in advance while others require mobilisation at very short notice, making this a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Success in this role comes from balancing exceptional attention to detail with commercial awareness. You'll be expected to follow established processes while also having the confidence to question information, identify potential risks and challenge stakeholders when something doesn't look right.

Working closely with Sales, Agency Pay, Contractors and Clients, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance requirements are met while delivering a positive and seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new contractors.

· Ensuring contractor records meet regulatory, legislative and client-specific compliance requirements.

· Processing contract change requests, including extensions and amendments.

· Supporting ongoing contractor compliance through document renewals and status updates.

· Conducting client audits and identifying compliance gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.

· Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Participating in client meetings, particularly with high-volume accounts.

· Monitoring onboarding activity and prioritising workload across the team.

· Continuously reviewing and improving processes to drive efficiency and enhance the contractor experience.

· Working with systems including Bullhorn and TIFO to maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.

· Supporting automation initiatives and identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
