Duties and responsibilities:

  • Deal with all inbound enquiries that are emailed to the business and follow up to confirm information
  • Follow up on all leads and pass to sales team
  • Support Telesales team inputting information into CRM to generate a quote
  • Help generate new business sales from existing clients and potential new clients whilst providing first class customer service
  • Online customer webchat support
  • Account manage regular long-standing accounts
  • Work alongside Marketing, Tendering and Telesales to coordinate leads and sales

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous Experience in Account Management or B2B New Business.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including telephone, webchat and email.
  • Results-driven nature
  • Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective organisational skills

Salary and

Working Hours:

  • £27,450
  • Monday to Friday 8am 5pm (40 hours per week)
