Customer Sales Executive

Our client is looking for a forward thinking, professional and proactive candidate to join their sales team. Duties and responsibilities:

• Grow and develop new business
• Win back lapsed customers and promote additional services with existing business
• Effectively communicate across all teams internally and with external customers to make sure the highest level of service is delivered
• Provide quotes to customers via email and telephone
• Work alongside Marketing, Tendering and Telesales to coordinate leads and sales

Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience in working in a fast paced, sales focused environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills including telephone, webchat and email.
• Results-driven nature
• Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective organisational skills

Salary and

Working Hours:

• £27,456
• Monday to Friday 8am 5pm (40 hours per week)
