You will assist the Corporate Secretary in facilitating board meetings, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating logistics seamlessly. This position requires discretion and sound judgment in managing sensitive information while supporting compliance objectives. Previous experience in records management and document control is highly desirable for candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage meeting materials and documentation
• Maintain detailed minutes, resolutions, and action logs
• Schedule and coordinate logistics for Board meetings
• Assist Board Directors with navigation and portal access
• Support budget tracking for governance activities
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration preferred
• At least three years of administrative experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software
• Strong skills in document formatting and quality control
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
