This position is pivotal to maintaining vehicle performance and customer trust. Working under the Service Manager’s guidance, you'll ensure that all repairs meet dealership standards while maintaining effective communication with clients. Your mechanical expertise will be instrumental in exceeding service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and maintenance per established standards

• Road test vehicles for safety verification pre- and post-service

• Notify Service Advisor regarding time estimates on repairs

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Document all tasks clearly in work orders

Requirements:

• Certification as an Automotive Technician or ongoing apprenticeship

• Experience in automotive diagnostics or repair

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with no violations
