We’re looking for a Product Advisor who delivers exceptional customer experiences, builds long-term relationships, and guides customers confidently through the full sales process for new and pre‑owned vehicles.

• Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
• Discover customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
• Present and explain vehicle features with confidence and accuracy
• Conduct professional, safe test drives
• Manage customer follow‑up in the CRM to build lasting relationships
• Guide customers through the purchase process and documentation
• Coordinate with the Finance Department, Service Department, and the Delivery Specialist for seamless handoffs
• Stay current with product training, incentives, and market trends

• Automotive sales experience is an asset
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
