We are looking for high school English/Socials tutors who can go to students  homes.

We match our tutors and students together carefully. This is a  feel good  job. Students gain confidence and get closer to achieving their academic goals and future careers.

Locations: We need people willing to tutor in these locations:
Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Tsawwassen, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge

NOTE: We are not looking for summer tutors. We need tutors in place for the busy school year starting in September. We do not promise tutoring assignments because it depends on the students  needs at that time.

• Assessing student s needs and developing a plan to help them succeed
• Assisting students with homework, projects, test preparation and assignments.
• Teaching skills to improve academic performance, including study strategies, note-taking skills, and approaches to answering test questions
• Providing students with positive and constructive feedback
• Offering feedback on progress to students  parents
