Join Ensero Solutions as a Hydrogeology Supervisor, working from Vancouver, Calgary, Saskatoon, Toronto or remotely. Manage groundwater assessments and develop junior team members in an influential role.
In this full-time position, you will oversee hydrogeological data collection and interpretation for remediation and resource development projects. With a focus on mentoring and leadership, you will guide junior staff, enhance data quality processes, and contribute to project outcomes.

Your role involves engaging with clients and technical experts to ensure effective communication throughout project life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct hydrogeological work and technical input within projects

• Supervise groundwater sampling and monitoring activities

• Lead training and onboarding for new hydrogeology team members

• Develop conceptual models and support data management

• Interface with clients and regulators for project clarity
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related science field

• Post-graduate degree in Hydrogeology or Geoscience preferred

• Proven experience in consulting or mining, with 10+ years in the field

• Strong organizational skills for project management

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
