Position: Skilled Clinical Dietitian for Interdisciplinary Patient Care
Deliver exceptional nutrition care as a Clinical Dietitian. Create personalized nutrition strategies and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient health in a community-focused environment.

This role focuses on assessing patient nutritional needs and developing targeted intervention plans. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, serve as a nutrition resource, and contribute to education and research efforts aimed at improving health outcomes and clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized nutrition interventions

• Collaborate on care plans with healthcare professionals

• Act as a nutrition resource for clinical teams

• Contribute to educational programs and research initiatives

• Maintain effective communication with Food & Nutrition Services

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from an accredited institution

• Successful completion of an approved dietetic internship

• Current registration with relevant health profession body

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel

• Knowledge of dietetic protocols and ability to communicate effectively
