In this part-time position, you will be integral to providing quality patient care, leveraging your qualifications in Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography and General Sonography. You’ll interact closely with patients, performing diverse ultrasound exams while ensuring comfort and safety. This role requires diligent monitoring and collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals to deliver optimum diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assess patients for ultrasound examinations

• Execute echocardiography and various ultrasound techniques

• Assist with interventional procedures and support patient needs

• Monitor equipment and conduct quality control checks

• Document patient care and imaging data accurately

Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited Diagnostic Sonography program

• Certification with Sonography Canada or ARDMS mandatory

• Completion of IV Therapy training required

• Strong knowledge of imaging applications and PACS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
