Amica is seeking motivated individuals passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors. As a Resident Care Partner, you'll engage with residents, building meaningful connections while assisting with daily activities, light housekeeping, and dining support. Candidates will thrive in an inclusive environment dedicated to personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish strong relationships with each resident

• Provide personalized care and support in daily activities

• Assist with light housekeeping and dining engagement

• Create meaningful moments through attentive interactions

• Support medication administration training when available

Requirements:

• Graduate from an HCA/PSW program or nursing student

• Current BC Care Aide registry registration

• Ability to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check

• Level 1 First Aid and CPR/AED certification

• Willingness to learn and apply skills on the job
