The ideal candidate for this position has completed Grade 12 and the Sterile Supply Processing Program, alongside one year of experience in a similar role. Your responsibilities will include disassembling and cleaning anaesthetic equipment, transporting surgical supplies, and assisting with room setups. You'll also be integral to maintaining quality standards and inventory management, requiring suitable communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Decontaminate and wrap instruments for surgical use

• Transport anaesthetic and surgical supplies as needed

• Maintain cleanliness in the sterilizer areas

• Restock surgical carts and manage inventory levels

• Assist with clerical tasks related to equipment and supplies

Requirements:

• Successful completion of Sterile Supply Processing Program

• One year of related experience in operating rooms

• Familiarity with surgical terminology

• Ability to communicate effectively within teams
