Position: Fraser Health Labour Relations Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on disciplinary actions and employee grievances

• Assist in contract administration and legal compliance

• Communicate effectively with union leaders and stakeholders

• Deliver training on HR best practices and regulations

• Research pertinent labour relations trends and findings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent

• Three years of Human Resources experience preferred

• Knowledge of BC healthcare labour relations

• Strong computer and analytical skills

• Ability to promote positive workplace culture
