Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.)
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
• Oversee social media marketing (content, scheduling, engagement, analytics)
• Email marketing campaigns (creation, segmentation, automation)
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
• A/B test campaigns to improve conversions and ROI

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of:
  • Paid media campaigns (PPC)
  • SEO/SEM
  • Social media growth strategies
  • Email marketing platforms
• Experience with tools like:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads
  • SEO tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Basic knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization)
• Content strategy or copywriting skills
• Experience scaling online brands or e-commerce businesses
