Logistics Coordinator at Group Medical

The Logistics Coordinator will serve as the key link between Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics partners. You will coordinate daily shipments across various carriers, monitor tracking, and resolve delays while maintaining documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact between Operations and Logistics teams

• Coordinate daily outbound shipment movements across carriers

• Monitor shipment queues for accuracy and timeliness

• Handle urgent and VIP shipment coordination

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in logistics or supply chain

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel

• Experience with logistics management systems is a plus
