Join a dedicated team at The Salvation Army as a Christmas Kettle Worker. This temporary casual position offers different shifts, including weekends, to support our Christmas Kettle Campaign. You'll interact with the community while ensuring secure handling of donations and representing the organization positively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Remain at the Kettle for the full shift
• Respond to donor questions about SA programs
• Maintain a well-groomed and positive image
• Work with minimal supervision
• Safeguard donations and petty cash
Requirements:
• Completed High School or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation to kettle location
• Ability to lift 9 to 12 kgs (20-25 lbs.)
• Flexibility to work various shifts and cold weather
