Position: Perinatal Nursing Position Available
Empower families as a Relief Part-time Registered Nurse, Perinatal, providing vital care through pregnancy and postpartum. Work collaboratively in a nurturing clinical environment.

Your role will encompass direct patient care, where you'll perform thorough assessments and create optimal care plans tailored to each family's needs. Participate in educational initiatives and help guide families through childbirth, emphasizing their autonomy and rights. Contribute to team efforts in quality improvement and active learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments

• Collaborate with families and inter-professional teams

• Update and coordinate nursing care plans

• Educate families on health promotion

• Participate in research and quality improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized School of Nursing

• Active practicing registration with BCCNM

• Minimum one year recent perinatal nursing experience

• Current Basic Rescuer and NRP certifications

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
