As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Evergreen Community, you’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care while supporting residents’ health, comfort, and dignity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working overnight shifts and being part of a collaborative, resident-focused care team.
About the RoleThis is a temporary part-time position (0.921 FTE) working overnight shifts from 23:00 to 07:00. The end date is currently to be determined.
In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the care team, supporting residents through consistent, high-quality clinical care during overnight hours. You’ll work closely with Registered Nurses and other team members to ensure safe, responsive, and holistic care.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and perform nursing procedures within LPN scope of practice
- Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team
- Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Provide safe, respectful, and dignified care aligned with Baptist Housing values
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (Point Click Care , eMAR)
- Promote resident comfort, safety, and wellbeing during overnight hours
- Respond to clinical needs and support continuity of care across shifts
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma
- Current registration in good standing with BCCNM
- Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
- Availability and preference for overnight (23:00-07:00) shifts

Compensation & BenefitsLevel 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 - $41.35
.
